What distances are you running this year: Sprint, Middle, possibly Relays
Goals for WOC 2016: Do safe and stable races and the result will be a surprise :-)
Describe shortly your preparations: Throughout the last year I tried to be in Sweden as often as possible. I was at several training camps in the Strömstad, I reaally enjopyed the training camp in WOC terrain with the club during Easter holidays. Very important for my final preparation was the summer, which I spent mostly at Kasen (Idefjordens SK clubhouse) training orienteering and polishing the technique.
