Sprint, Middle, Long, Relay
Goals for WOC 2016:
Focus is put together races that I'm satisfied with. If I do that I know I have the capacity to achieve my best results at world championships so far.
Describe shortly your preparations:
I have been able to carry out my training to plan over the last few weeks here in Stockholm. I can now turn my full focus towards the championships.
