What distances are you running this year: Sprint and sprint relay
WOC 2016 goal: As I can't influence my place at the result list, so my focus is doing a performance that I myself would be satisfied with!
Describe shortly your preparations: I trained a lot to improve my running speed and tried to incorporate map reading into this as much as possible.
